Starting 2007, The Marlene Jazz Ensemble, through its company, Blue Earth Corporation, aims to make the environment a little bit better by purchasing wind renewal energy as offsets for the carbon footprint we leave behind.

For every contract of $1000 or more, Blue Earth will buy 1000 kilowatts (to offset 1,323 lbs.CO2) of renewable energy through Native Energy's Coolwatts program.
